The minimum age depends on the car (21: Tesla Model 3 Performance; 23: Mercedes-Benz Classe E 300 e, MINI Cooper Cabrio; 25: Range Rover Sport P460e, Mercedes-Benz Classe V 300 d, BMW Z4 M40i Roadster, Ford Mustang GT V8 Cabriolet; 27: Bentley Flying Spur, Ferrari SF90 Spider, Ferrari Purosangue). It is also shown on each vehicle page.

A full car licence held for at least 2 to 5 years depending on the car. EU and EEA licences are accepted as they are. For other countries, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required alongside your national licence if it is not written in the Latin alphabet.

At handover: your driving licence, an ID card or passport, and a credit card in the main driver’s name for the security deposit. Proof of address or a hotel booking may be requested for some prestige cars.

An advisor hands over the car at the agreed address and time: hotel, home, office, station or airport. Together you complete a photographed condition report, a walkthrough and set up your preferences. Return works the same way.

The deposit is a pre-authorisation on your credit card: the amount is held, not charged. It is released when the car is returned, usually within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank. The amount is shown on each vehicle page.

Every rental includes third-party liability insurance, plus collision damage and theft protection with an excess equal to the security deposit. Our optional Serenity cover significantly reduces that excess.

Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before the rental starts. Between 72 and 24 hours, 30% of the amount is retained; within 24 hours, 50%. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, we reschedule free of charge.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus bank transfer for companies and agencies. The deposit requires a credit card (debit and prepaid cards are not accepted). No payment is taken until an advisor has confirmed your booking.

Yes — within the EU, Switzerland, Monaco and the UK, simply let us know when booking. Some prestige cars remain limited to France, Switzerland and Monaco. Other destinations are considered case by case.

Included mileage is pooled over the whole rental: 250 km per day for Mercedes-Benz Classe E 300 e, Tesla Model 3 Performance, Range Rover Sport P460e, Mercedes-Benz Classe V 300 d, BMW Z4 M40i Roadster, MINI Cooper Cabrio, Ford Mustang GT V8 Cabriolet; 150 km per day for Bentley Flying Spur, Ferrari Purosangue; 100 km per day for Ferrari SF90 Spider. Extra kilometres are charged at the rate shown on the vehicle page, and packages are available for long journeys.

We track your flight in real time using the number given in your request. Your advisor adjusts their arrival automatically, at no extra cost, however long the delay.

The car is handed over with a full tank (or charged above 80% for electric models) and should be returned at the same level. Otherwise, the difference is charged at fuel cost plus a service fee set out in the rental terms.

Every car is detailed and sanitised before your rental. Normal use incurs no charge; deep cleaning (sand, pet hair, smoke) may be billed. Any damage is jointly recorded in the return condition report and capped at the excess amount.
